I'm working as a Executive director of a small business. I'm responsible for Preparing short term and long term plans, Setting goals, strategies and tactics. Marketing plan. Building and controlling relationships with relevant parties, including upper stream (trainers, Hotels ..etc) and down stream (Training departments in ministries and large organizations). Launching alliances with experienced parties, Concluding deals, reviewing and signing contracts, Controlling financial issues and directing day to day work.
Organize annual purchasing plan, Search new sources, Attend fairs, Building business relationships, Decide Specifications of the goods, Bargain prices, Quality control, following up all related works like open L/Cs, Decide payment terms, shipping terms and all Import& Export works including banks, shipping lines, customs, Chamber of commerce, Clearing agents and all other related parties.
