•Developed scope of work for FEED, specifically in defining additional studies to be conducted by third parties, as well as key performance indicators to be monitored and guidance for energy optimizations.
•Only client resident engineer at FEED contractor office - overseeing Power Station Scope, as well as Capture, Compression, and Conditioning of CO2 and coordinating with disciplines and process licensor for an integrated design.
•Shared and implemented best practice and learnings on specific projects with special focus on efficient design practices, standardisation and repeatability.
•Coordinated parallel, yet integrated workflows between third party contractors for different scopes.
•Assurance of all process deliverables for Shell Onshore Scope, including PEFS, datasheets, HAZOP, SIL, 3D model review, etc.
•Focal point for all technical clarifications directed to different parties in the project, and for FEED verifications by potential EPC bidders.
•Ensured safety principles are adhered by within own and FEED contractor organizations.
•Technical focal point for Information to Tender and Scope of Work for EPC contract and for Technical Bid evaluation.
•Technical Focal Point for CO2 capture unit to support Environmental, Commercial, HSSE, Operations, Project Services (including Select phase cost estimate).
•Write-up of Project Execution Plan during concept select phase.
•Lead Delivery of several PCAP deliverables within process discipline.
•Delivery of BDP for Peterhead CCS Project, and associated process deliverables. Responsible for onshore, but combined full chain deliverables, from power station to reservoir into distinct packages for FEED contractors.
