Responsibilities at AnNasban Group:

Position is responsible to direct manage and coordinate logistics, warehouse, and transportation and supply chain activities. Lead and direct strategic planning for logistics and supply chain.
Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material.
Work with the procurement staff to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.

Logistic Officer at Relief international

From Oct 2010 to April 2011 working as Logistic Officer based in district Bhakkar. Position is responsible to support USAID funded project i.e. Food for Peace (FFP) project to ensure Food Security and Livelihood Improvement of flood affected areas of district Bhakkar - southern Punjab (Pakistan). The project is addressing 3000 families through Food for Work and Food for Training approach.
From April 2011 to Feb 2012 I am working in D.I. Khan (KPK) UNHCR funded permanent Shelter Project, As Logistic Officer I am responsible for following;

DUTIES/Responsibilities:

• Act as a focal person for all requisitions and procurement.
• Procure requested program and program support items following RI procurement procedures in a timely manner.
• Account for purchased items and coordinate with appropriate logistical and admin staff members.
• Manage inventories and stocks in all RI Office and fields.
• Preparation, modification and amendment of rental contract, agreement, fuels and vehicles contract and prepare reports in consultation with main office.
• Support the programs with the logistic information required (costs, availability of products etc…)
• Manage office’s vehicles and drivers, and assist the maintenance of other RI-Pakistan vehicles (if any)
• Organize the transport of goods
• Fleet Management for all RI programs
• Establishing proper recording / filing system and monthly report system of all procurements.
• Obtain NOCs from Government Departments and arrange all customs clearance, tax waivers, and freight handling for the importation and timely clearance of all RI humanitarian goods, including vehicles, telecoms equipment, food, NFIs, computers, etc.
• Observe and inform all staff about security situations in the area.
• Coordinate with local authorities for the security.
• Maintain the security guards schedule in office.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
