- Any issues, incidents, unsafe acts/observations at site
- Any deviations observed
- Any welfare concerns
 Ensuring that all equipment and operators have valid security passes, licences/registrations, third party certifications, etc.
 Ensuring that Equipment Operators performed Daily Equipment Inspections using checklist, making sure that Checklists are properly filled out/checked by the operator;
 Ensuring good housekeeping and barricade is being maintained.
 Ensuring that Project PPE requirements are being complied by site workforce;
 Preparing and submitting Daily HSE Observation Report to the HSE-In-Charge;
 Supporting programs set by HSE-In-Charge;
 Apply and assure the application of the company inspection procedure, work instruction and the applicable standards for the lifting equipments and machinery used at site;
 Recommends or demands necessary action or procedural changes to correct areas not in compliance with the regulations;
 Supporting Supervisors in conducting STARRT and Toolbox Talks making sure that STARRT Cards are filled out correctly and TBTs are delivered properly. Supplementing STARRT/TBT with significant HSE observations as necessary.
