Assigned in Poly-Olefin Buildings and reporting directly to the HSE-In-Charge and constantly coordinating with Area Supervisor/Foreman/Charge-hand. Responsible for:
Carrying out daily HSE inspections in assigned areas
Directly reports to the HSE-In-Charge for:
- Any issues, incidents, unsafe acts/observations at site
- Any deviations observed
- Any welfare concerns
Ensuring that all equipment and operators have valid security passes, licences/registrations, third party certifications, etc.
Ensuring that Equipment Operators performed Daily Equipment Inspections using checklist, making sure that Checklists are properly filled out/checked by the operator;
Ensuring good housekeeping and barricade is being maintained.
Ensuring that Project PPE requirements are being complied by site workforce;
Preparing and submitting Daily HSE Observation Report to the HSE-In-Charge;
Supporting programs set by HSE-In-Charge;
Apply and assure the application of the company inspection procedure, work instruction and the applicable standards for the lifting equipments and machinery used at site;
Recommends or demands necessary action or procedural changes to correct areas not in compliance with the regulations;
Supporting Supervisors in conducting STARRT and Toolbox Talks making sure that STARRT Cards are filled out correctly and TBTs are delivered properly. Supplementing STARRT/TBT with significant HSE observations as necessary.

Carrying out daily HSE inspections in their assigned areas;
Directly reports to the HSE Engineer/In Charge for:
- Any issues, incidents, unsafe acts/observations at site
- Any deviations observed
- Any welfare concerns
Supporting Supervisors in conducting STARRT and Toolbox Talks making sure that STARRT Cards are filled out correctly and TBTs are delivered properly. Supplementing STARRT/TBT with significant HSE observations as necessary;

Conducting Fire Extinguisher and Safety Harness Inspections;

Ensuring good housekeeping and barricade is being maintained by closely coordinating to Area Supervisors/Foremen/Charge-hand and by utilizing Safety Helpers where provided;
Ensuring availability of cool drinking water, provision of rest shelters, and other welfare concerns;
Ensuring that Project PPE requirements are being complied by site workforce;
Preparing and submitting Daily HSE Observation Report to the HSE Engineer/In-Charge;
Recommending Worker/Erector/Operator/Supervisor for Internal HSE Award;
Supporting programs set by HSE Engineer/In Charge.

Ensured awareness of ADCO HSE rules and regulations, work procedures, job locations, equipment to be worked on, tools and equipment to be used and defining the anticipated start and finish time / date and no. of days.
Directly responsible for the safety and quality of work and must ensure that the conditions specified on the PTW Certificates are adhered to at all time.
Ensured that no other activity/ tool is performed/ used except as specifically described on the PTW/Certificate.
Remained at the worksite during the duration of the work and obtains Area/Issuing Authority signature if the Job Performer replacement is required.
Conducted Toolbox Talks (TBT) immediately before commencing the job.
Adhered to and maintained the worksite precautions identified by the Area Authority on the PTW/Certificate throughout the duration of the job.
Immediately suspends work in the event of the Emergency Siren or General Alarm being activated.
Assisted Safety Officers in Daily Site Safety Inspection;

Implemented use of PPE as per project requirements;
Ensured 100% tie-off for work at height activities;
