Establish the PQP and Procedures for complying with corporate and project specific quality requirements and communicate to the construction management team.
Review contractor’s quality plans for compliance and adequacy Monitor the performance of the contractor against their approved quality plans, project documents, method statements, ITPs and recognized good practice.
Identify non-conformities and propose remedial action.
Track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely close out of action. Assist Resident Engineer with preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Lead the Project / Operations Team of the company and support QHSE, Finance, Administration, Procurement, Marketing Departments from the operations aspect.
Effectively manage the resources of the organization to achieve the optimum output as per company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with Contractor, Consultant & Client for the Project execution by proper planning of budget, schedule, etc.

Promote sales of GRP / FRP pre-fab items all over UAE and manage sales team.
Represent the company and overall Management of Projects in terms of Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, etc.
Coordinate with Contractor, Consultant & Client for the Project execution by proper planning of budget, schedule, etc.
Supervise the project in time to time and advise / instruct the team as when needed

Assist the Designers in preparing of Structural Design reports for Legal submissions
Control and distribution of Drawings & documents and follow up for the approvals
Ressponsible for all the site activities including supervision and inspections as per approved drawings & materials
Prepare Drawings, schedules, progress reports, etc.
