- Developing a clear process in managing projects in ECA and automate it in Oracle system.
- Developing a clear process and templates for Project Management Office.
- Lead Geographic Information System (GIS) system implementation.
- Leading an eServie Project to re-engineer and automate more than 100+ eServices in different categories \[ commerce, real-estate and Municipalities\] with complete integration between them and with external integration with different system GIS, SADAD, Saudi Post and Yesser GSB.

Re-engineering of 320 eServices between (Commerce, Urban Planning and Real-Estate) services.

Working very close with CEO in monitoring project execution and provide recommendations.
Working as single point of contact between the company and main contractor of three major projects that the company involve with (Princess Noura University, King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) and King Abdullah Financial District).

* From 2008 To 2010 : Project Manager For IT Services Implementation in Saudi Kayan . Project Budget was : 15, 000, 000 US $
I worked as program manager with 4 project manager. Each project manager cover one area (ERP, Application, Network, and Data Center) my main role is to manage the implementation of IT services for Saudi Kayan Company and integrate the plants systems to exist SABIC systems.
The Project objectives are :
Implement network infrastructure.
Implement IPT systems ( IP Telephone )
Implement ERP services.
Install 17 Video Conference System & integrated with the exists one in SABIC.
Install TelePresence system and integrated with exist one in US, Europe
Develop 30 Business Applications.
Deploy 6 Systems:(TRACCESS, Visual Soft, ITP, Digital Signage, Paging, Radio)
Integrate Saudi kayan plants network with business network.
Design / build a datacenter that can carry more than 300 servers and based on Tire-2 international standard.
In 2007 : Project Manager For SABIC E-Learning Project
Project Budget was : 600, 000 US $
The project objective to implement one global E-learning service for SABIC employee.
Project team was 5 with 20 contractors from third parity.
In 2007 : Project manager For MS Office 2007 Deployment project
Project budget was 500, 000 $
The project objectives are:
Upgrade 30, 000 clients from MS Office 2003 to MS office 2007 in SABIC KSA
My role:
-Maintaining/Monitoring servers.

- OS system hardening.
- Monitoring and support exchange server 2003.
