1. Final dimension inspections of penetrations, pressure tight doors, decks, bulkheads, minor platforms, foundations and other hull structures as per relevant Russian codes/NTD.
2. Weld visual inspection and dye penetrant inspection of weld seams..
3. Carrying out inspections as per approved drawings, QAP, procedures and measurement plans.
4. Responsible for the Total Control and Operation of the QA/QC Section with good understanding about the Code & Standards, and Client specifications as required in the project.
5. Carrying out inspections from receipt inspection to final installation inspection on hull structures.
6. Carrying out impermeability tests (HPT/APT) of tanks and blocks.
7. Carrying out volumetric test analysis of tanks.
8. Reviewing and approving of scope documents, procedures, measurement plans qap’s and certificate of compliance.
9. Updation of inspection stages in Inspection stage data monitoring system (ISDMS) on daily basis.

✓ Preparation of inspection reports for product and process.
✓ Responsible for man power planning, rejection verification and defect analysis.
✓ Performing 100% Ultrasonic test for all the insulators before Dispatch.
