• Complying with United Technologies Corporation Code of Ethics and carrying out duties & responsibilities as mentioned in the code of ethics.
• Assisting UAE sales team in preparation of quotations/tender documents for Chillers, Air Handling Units & Fan Coil Units in an efficient and timely manner thereby catering to all customer requests & inquiries.
• Reporting JOB-IN-HAND projects to Sales Manager/Sales Engineer.
• Preparing technical submittal and replying to consultant comments for Chillers, Air Handling Units & Fan Coil Units thereby helping Sales team in winning project/product approvals.
• Attending client/consultant/contractor meetings for technical clarifications on Carrier equipment (Chillers, Air Handling Units & Fan Coil Units) and for overall HVAC systems.
• Providing selection of Carrier’s equipment using software to support consultants, end users, contractors and dealers.
• Coordinating with factories/suppliers/consultants to ensure customer satisfaction with respect to delivery/job completion dates.
• Meeting yearly financial targets in terms of Bookings, Sales, GM and closing ratio.
