Arrange Ship Supplies, Bunker Fuels, Manning Services, Ship Spares etc.
Arrange Trucking/customs clearance for FCL/LCL shipments based on shipment terms
Perform crew changes (on & off) if required
Attending Charters and Owners inquiries providing port info and restrictions
Arranging estimate pro-forma disbursement for intended vessel calls
Communicating with the Master, providing all necessary information regarding port rules and regulations, keep
updating berth prospective
Updating Principals vessel arrival, daily cargo operation and sailing report
Keep track of vessel, crew movements and maintain office records whilst updating principals and their online portals
Negotiate freight rates, contracts and services with new and existing carriers for both imports and exports
Procure rates from transporters, customs brokers and maintain consolidated records for future reference
Support sales team with spot quotations/tender management ensuring rate competitiveness
Receives rate inquiry from customers along with shipment details
Request rate confirmation from tank owners/operators
Quotes rate to customers upon receiving from tank owners/operators
Confirms rate to tank owners/operators upon receiving confirmation from customers
Requests for booking confirmation and tank release
Provides tanks release orders to customers for collection of equipment from the depot
Receives SI from customers once loading is completed along with VGM
Submits SI to tanks owners/operators for manifestation and EDI submission
Submits manifest to customers upon receipt to shuttle the tanks to port for customs clearance
Submits DBL to customers for their verification and arranges final upon their confirmation
Submits OK TO LOAD and final bayan to tank owners/operators
Receives invoice from tank owners/operators for payment and collects final BL from them after settling their invoice

Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation
Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts
Safely load and unload shipments from trucks and other transportation vehicles.
Use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.
Organize products in designated storage areas and keep the warehouse clean and well maintained
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments
provide updates on inventory status and any issues affecting warehouse operations
Ensure that warehouse equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions
