Daily tasks:
•Administering Warehouse and Distribution Operations of Retail Boutiqaat.com is known for E-commerce business everything is in online dealing with (cosmetics, perfumes, accessories&Fasion)running successfully throughout GCC countries
•Achived 5K orders both local & international to be dispatched per day.
•Achieved 99.5% average delivery rate on all assignments with no loss of materials.
•Coordination with the purchase department for the aging goods to returned back to the vendors
•Following up with customer complaints emails and satisfying the customer with delivering on time and immediate replacement if the customer received any damage products
•Creating shift roaster for staff 24x7
•Handling uploading/downloading of the supplies to/from warehouse ensuring optimum level of stock & bottleneck free movements along with inspection and counting,
•Interfacing with suppliers for material delivery at warehouse and assuring storage of all materials in an organized manner.
•Competently maintaining highest standards of customer service while giving preference to customer satisfaction & promptly resolving their problems & concerns.
•Spearheading efforts across handling stores management operations, receipt of goods, storage, cataloguing, inventory and monitoring incoming/outgoing of material
•Measuring the productivity of the employees on day today Basis.
•Perform & manage overall operations of the Warehouse to ensure smooth and effective operations while adhering to the norms/ SOP.
INVENTORY CONTROL
•Detailed planning & formulation of weekly cycle count (CC) / perpetual stock take.
•Reviewing the warehouse preparedness checklist (clearing pending Outward, clearing returnable material list etc.) before the start of CC/ stock take.
•Conducting the Cycle count, doing the RCA (root cause analysis) for high variance article & taking the corrective actions.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
•Daily Planning & allocation of team members as per the requirement in key and secondary activities.
•Devising KPI for my team members.
•Motivating & Monitoring the team to achieve their KPIs.
•Training & development of 3pl/ contract labor through continuous training session / activities.
•Devising contingency manpower plan for peak season.
PRODUCTIVITY MEASUREMENT
•Measuring productivity of each department against the benchmark set by the organization.
•Tracking key performance indicators e.g. vehicle turnaround time in outward, task /hr in picking, manpower utilization, etc.
COST OPTIMIZATIO
•Daily/weekly Monitoring of key Cost elements of related to warehouse operation e.g. Manpower divided by No of orders packed, etc.
•Analyzing the variance and take corrective action
