Content production Supervisor
- Start team of content specialist from 2 agents and reach to 60 professional agents with daily listing of 2500 products from deferent categories
- Training new hires from start till the professionalism
-Creating and managing team schedules and tasks
-Evaluating performance and providing feedback
-Managing workflow
• Create the frontend pages to improve the user experiences
• Create the strategies of content and create the website tree to make the content organized
• Responsible for all the on-site product content and spearheads all site merchandising initiatives
• Overseeing the digital product lifecycle from product photography to product categorization/activation to the on-site shopping experience
• Validating all creation requests and assigning them with estimated Delivery time.
• Make time estimates on new tasks received; check accuracy/quality of content creation.
• Make sure that all the catalogs listed are live on the agreed deadlines and match the quality guidelines of the company. (100% quality checked)
• Identifying and evaluating employee training requirements.
• Training the new members on the process of creating content and work to enhance them abilities
• Managing, directing, and controlling the team members to ensure that they meet up with targets and perform their duties according to laid down instructions and guidelines.
• Responsible for Tracking and reporting the progress of key metrics of the team.
• Leading and following up the daily tasks of the Content team and ensuring that they are meeting their KPIs.
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators.
• Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff
• Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the Content department.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the ecommerce team to understand weekly business results, to develop seasonal strategies
• Communicate with the vendors to improve selection, identify and fix catalog defects, analyze metrics, and help their business grow.
-overseeing and ensuring the development of great content, both in written as well as visual form
-plays a mentorship role to the junior content team, assisting them in improving the clarity, consistency, and conciseness of their consumer-oriented, topic-based content.
-inspire and motivate the junior editorial personnel towards excellence in content creation that transcends the set standards.

-Edit the pictures of products using Photoshop.
