Inspection at offshore plant facility for all types of equipments, piping, tankage, valve/PSV testing/calibration, line walkdown & punchlisting, hydro/pneumatic test witness, blasting and painting inspection. Preparation of detail & Ad-hoc inspection reports for pressure system integrity management (PSIM) and facility integrity plant (FIP) items. To provide all the possible suggestions/recommendations as per the visual inspection and review of NDT reports for PSIM & FIP items.
Co-ordination for inspection at different locations outside UAE with client, TPI & vendors and endorse/issue IRN/MRN after documents/reports review. Co-ordinate & carry out inspection inside UAE at vendor locations & issue inspection reports/NCR/punch list, document review and endorse/issue IRN/MRN. Review of project documents/procedures /MRB of all vendors in the project and give approval status.
