- Taking minutes at meetings of Senior Human Resource Managers.
- Responsible for implimentation of administration policy framed by the management and reporting non-compliance to higher management for corrective action.
- Ensure all HR Admin on recruitment and employee relation matters is performed in timely and professional manner.
- Preparation of Documentation relating to employee relations activity, including promotion, transfer letters, disciplinary records, processing of leave salary, end of service benifit and other correspondence.
- Liaising among management, sub-contractors and clients.
- Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
- Responsible for hourly recruiting, orientation, on-boarding, background checks, pre-employment test scheduling, terminations, worker's comp, employee relations, etc. Ensure that appropriate documentation is forwarded to either Corporate HR or Payroll.
- Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benifits and allowances.
- Identifying ways to improve HR processes and procedures. Maintain the leave management system.
- Promoting a health & safety culture within a company.
- Ensuring that all confidential information is kept safe and secure.
- Preparing disciplinary and grievance material.
- Performing all the HR Executive activities under company policies & framework. - Performes duties assigned by the HR Manager efficiently. - Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers - Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software - Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes - Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers - Hourly recruiting, orientation, on- boarding, background checks, pre- employment test scheduling, terminations, worker's comp, employee relations, etc. Ensure that appropriate documentation is forwarded to either Corporate HR or Payroll - Creating equipment request and coordinating Logistics matters - Managing various training activities such as new trainer assessment, planning & scheduling sessions, training infrastructure and measuriy post training effectiveness - In charge of drafting contractual letters, organising office events and dealing with staff requests - Ensuring the integrity of HR database ( HRIS )
