To maintain Employee records and ensure proper documentation
Maintaining and updating Personnel’s files
To assist in developing Job Analysis formats, and conducting proper Job analysis.

To coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely

Developing performance evaluation tool kits including key performance indicators to

To assist in conducting Annual, Probational, and Special Performance evaluations
Provide advice and assistance when designing staff performance evaluation tools

Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
Developing Training Need Analysis (TNA) formats
