Water hardness testing.Hands on Experience on GC (Gas Chromatography) by Perkin Elmer for analysis of Hydrocarbons.
Hands on Experience on XRF (Twin X Release 1.6) by Oxford in analysis of Inorganic metal contents in used oils and fuels. Instrumental in CFR (Company For fuel Research) Engine (RON Test) and also worked on Shell Octane Meter (SOM.

Lubricant Manufacturing Management:
•Formulation of both SEA SHELL GRADES AND NON SEA. SHELL LUBRICANT GRADES.
SPECIFICATION revision and updating of different running Grades • Review of Lubricant Quality System (LQS) and Updates. Part of regional meetings of LQS updates and submission of changes reports to the Management.
•Pricing Management and Cost Effective Formulation of different grades by using different ratio of BASE OIL and ADDITIVES.

OEM Lubricants Application Advisor to B2 B & B2C Customers:
Lubricant Application advisor to industries for e.g. Automotive, Industrial Power generation, cement, Fertilizers etc, involved in Product catalogue development of Shell grade Lubricants with Front Line Technical Team
Training/ Trial Run & Trouble shooting of Lubricants with Stake Holders:
• Trial of different automotive grades and onsite testing on Lube clinic testing device. With Sales and marketing
Reporting & Interpreting Shell Check tool, of used oil analysis comprises Gas Engine, Gear Oils and Automotives grades.
Onsite Visit to Key Fertilizer, Sugar & Power Generation customers to resolve the Technical/Quality issues at their Premises.
Technical Queries & Trouble shooting of both Lubricants and Fuels to PQ Lead and CSC customers through Reports and on phone.
Hands on experience in Customer’s Onsite Video Checks & Boroscopy to detect the problem inside the Engines.
Training Sales & Service Engineers staff on “Lube Clinic" equipment and Modules of Lubricants.
Used Oil Reporting & Packaging Quality Focal Point:
• Interpretation of Used oil Test reports and Trend Analysis of different grades of gas Engine oils, Hydraulics and Gear Oils etc and Onsite customer Services on used oil.
• Incoming Receipt and customer Packaging complaints monitoring and regional reporting of Root CAUSE Analysis in QIT tool on system.
HSSE & Permit to Work & H2S testing Focal Point:
• Responsible for HSSE monitoring at Plant as Focal Point. Preparing HEMP and HAZOP and PTW before assigning any Job to certain places at Plant. Prepared HRA of Laboratory.
