In my role, I led the brand and digital strategy for five sub-brands (including The Face Shop, Belif, Yehwadam, and others), managing over 450+ SKUs across six mall-based retail stores during a period of active expansion. I worked closely with the Social Media Manager to craft and execute content strategies that aligned with brand goals and boosted audience engagement.

I managed end-to-end operational workflows, ensuring efficient product movement from warehouse to retail. On the e-commerce side, I oversaw the development and optimization of a user-friendly website, while leading digital campaigns including influencer partnerships, targeted ads, and performance-based marketing strategies that directly supported revenue growth.
