• Stellar role in automating the procedure of superannuation scheme transfer; necessitating integration with the other scheme suppliers. The integration consisted of sending and receiving encrypted XML messages, which were then processed by the system; guaranteed correct information was transferred & fund units were properly crystallised to ensure that any transfers (both in and out) occurred within the government-mandated timeframe and to prevent any violations.
• Lead BA in the development of a Mobile Banking Application (MasterCard) for both the Apple and Android platforms. Worked on integrating multiple parties Mastercard, a core banking system provider, a card payments processor, Salesforce, the bank, Money Thor, Apple, and Google with the banking application, thus making the banking model robust and more efficient
• Analysed and documented client or internal business requirements to ensure all details are comprehensively captured
• Collaborated with Developers, System Analysts & Managers during the Development Phase to ensure business requirements are met according to design and that requirements and specification documents are kept up to date. Worked with:
- Developers, System Analysts and Managers to design, document and present the proposition to the client/internal users
- Clients and Staff to configure the platform and software to work according to requirements
- Client IT or Third Parties to facilitate system migration activities, including interface connectivity, data mapping, etc.

• Worked with FNZ Management and team members to enhance processes for greater efficiencies and controls within the team
Processed mandatory and voluntary corporate actions on Managed Funds, Equities and Fixed interest Products within key KPI targets,
including all allocation of coupon and dividend income, maturities, fund closures, non-income corporate action events such as rights issues,
takeovers, stock splits, conversions, share purchase plans and IPOs
• Effectively communicated with third parties i.e. Fund Managers, Custodian Agents and Brokers, to ensure everyone has a clear understanding
of both incoming and outgoing corporate event notifications
• Coordinated with all FNZ Staff & External Agents to ensure customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible
