Built a marketing team of 12 high-performers from the ground up comprised of the following functions: Paid Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), App Store Optimization (ASO), Social Media Marketing and Affiliate Marketing.

ROI Analysis and User Acquisition Modeling: Created a user acquisition model that was actively used as a guide to determine where to invest ad spend cost-effectively.
Paid Marketing: Assembled the paid marketing program on desktop and mobile from the ground up and scaled it up to $45M+ annual spend with high-profit margins.

I was leading a big team from the best in class digital marketers in the MENA region that help to drive $1Bn annual turnover.
