I established and currently own and manage Precise Universal LTD, a real estate marketing company based in Istanbul. The company works closely with leading developers responsible for the majority of residential and commercial projects across the Istanbul area. Assist in organizing all Wholesalers’ vehicle sales activities in the region like allocation of vehicles, Wholesaler’s special sales deals, stocks (inventory) and incentives and perform WSO Outlet’s vehicle sales activities in the designated area by maintaining profession ethics, and comply with company policies.
Manage and implement programs and policies and coordinate activities of the WSO to ensure the goals or objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe by performing the duties directly or through subordinates in the assigned Region.

Manage the sales functions for the assigned specific portfolio by executing sales strategies. Ensure that the sales team adheres to the company mission, vision and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures. Responsible for the achievement of the specific portfolio goals by directing sales teams to achieve targets as required by the center management.Supervises daily performance of the Sales team by following up on sales achievements and taking part in irregular transactions during peak season to ensure that the required sales target is achieved.
Manage sales teams to achieve pre-determine operational targets by providing and analysing business plans to meet operational targets determined by the center management.
Monitor and evaluate the sales team performance to ensure that the business performance targets are met by taking corrective action in conjunction with the center management, whenever required.
Responsible for ensuring sales processes are efficient and customer complaints are managed by promoting standard sales procedures to the sales team members.
Address customer complaints that require support from the Sales Supervisor and Sales team to maintain customer satisfaction and improve guest delight.
Initiate dialogue with Sales team and center management to discuss and address sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities through regular meetings.
Meet with the Sales team to update on product knowledge through regular discussion and sharing information to enhance sales team confidence and performance.
Provide sales performance report to Center Manager by consolidating monthly and yearly sales target for review and appropriate action of the center management.
Conduct PRIDA discussion with the subordinates, whenever applicable, according to the PRIDA Manual through open discussion to establish Associate’s development and Performance Awareness.
Continuously monitor and analyse sales achievements by carrying out center sales and marketing campaigns, assisting center Kaizen activities as well as adjustment to business strategies to achieve sales targets.
Manage documentation and legal government relation matters pertaining to the sales function by adhering to the prescribed government rules and procedures to minimize legal implications to the business (applicable to new vehicle and used car operation).
Manages the sales team activities to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures through effective communication and monitoring.

Conduct survey from the market to find a good source of vehicles as per the requirement of the company through market survey from the vehicle fleet and car rental companies.
Arrange purchase price list for Fleet Companies and Rental Companies and update as per market situation.
Conduct personal visit and meeting with Fleet and Car Rental Companies to find source of stocks by finalising the fleet and trade-in purchase deals.
Work closely with the GM Manager in scheduling of purchases to maintain “just-in-time’ level of stocks/ inventory.
Negotiates cash discounts, volume purchasing discounts and pricing with the vendors by following the company’s policies and procedures in the purchase of vehicles.
Hand on markets' current prices to develop Buyers’ efficiency by maintaining professional ethics and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain and update information related to Used and new cars market price to prepare the Daily Purchase Report for submission to the management by keeping accurate records, including pricing schemes.

Lead the Used Cars Team on the Center (Sales Supervisor, Salesmen, Purchaser, coordinator, Support Staff) to achieve the KPI’s, Manage the stock, Handel the guests complain, prepare the needed reports & data analyses to superiors,

Manage and maintain updated information related to used car business and new car market trends to monitors stocks on regular basis and as reference to develop sales strategies and process.
Monitor and evaluate the sales team performance to ensure that the business performance targets are met by taking corrective action in conjunction with the center management, whenever required.
Follow up sales representative’s performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure the effective and proper handling of customers needs by the sales representative thereby improving customers’ satisfaction.
Coach, counsel, assists and train subordinates by training sales representatives on new sales techniques and procedures to improve individual performance.
Follow up vehicles under repair in the workshop to ensure that the renovation is cost effective and in good quality to handle customers’ complaints related to the business.
Organize sales operation with other firm Operations and synchronize strategies to improve sales revenue and achieve targets.
Co-ordinate with new vehicle sales and Leasing CO to assist in the purchasing and pricing of trade-in vehicles and controls vehicles’ aging

Responsible in identifying and meeting customer needs in cars and to ensure that the customers are satisfied with the services being provided by the company.
Prospect and qualify new customers through field visit especially the fleet business to achieve sales target set by the management.
Participate in meetings with Sales Team and Sales Manager to discuss sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities and recommend action plans and effective countermeasures to help achieve targets set by the management.
Follow up vehicles under repair for sale in the workshop and handle customers’ objections during selling process and escalate the same to the Sales Supervisors and management for resolution.
Present and demonstrate features and specifications of all vehicles’ model and brand to the customers and influence him to purchase the same owing to good quality and performance of the product.
Check all vehicles condition in the showroom area before the release of the car to the customer to ensure the quality and performance and follow up all sales transactions by conducting sales visit.
