- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Assuring the contracts meet the required conditions and comply with the organization’s policy.

• Reviews draft POs to ensure that prices paid by The City is competitive, description / quantity are correct, delivery schedule is reasonable and submits reports, if required.
• Conducts research for national products as directed and inquires as to whether it meets with The City specifications prior to introduction to end-users.
• Assists in establishing an information centre to provide Purchasing Services and The City departments with data and market research.
• Review of Petty Cash custodianship and ensures that buyers only utilize cash for urgent and small value needed items. Also provide Finance Department with the necessary documents to process cash reimbursements.
• Evaluate petty cash for the purchase of urgently required items for The City.
• In charge of all administrational issues related to the project.
• Act as the point of contact for the client.
• In charge of the preparation of the quarterly reports.
• Translation of official documents (Arabic and English).
• Managing the company’s main social media accounts.
• Analyzing media coverage.
• Organizing press conferences.
• Managing sponsorship opportunities.
• Responsible for developing the company’s presence on social media and traditional media.
• Checking all media channels to see if there are any mentions of the company.
