Al Ahli Plastic Industries is a major member of the Al Ahlil group. The company was established in Fujairah in the year 2000, to manufacture plastic film, shopping bags and various Flexible packaging products.

A) Developed and tracked the KPI/ KRA strategy that supports and meets company policy, company performance objectives and customer expectations and Optimized 98% of OTF / OTD, 3% of Cost reduction in DMC .

B) Focused on Inventory management to control ITO goal as 8 turns and excess & obsolete material within 0.25% of total inventory and ensured 99% of stock accuracy through Cycle Counting.

C) Accountable for Forecasting, Production Planning, MRP, Safety Stock, Minimum and Maximum stock, stock allocation, Out of stock, SMI / CRP Control, Supplier Rating, Logistics challenges & Transportation and system accuracy & adherence.

D) Achieved 35% (AED 11.5 M) of excess inventory reduction in API and 30 % (QR 20 M) in NC.

E) Optimized 50% of Materials storage capacity, utilized maximum dispatch vehicle space (containers and trucks) and implemented GPS tracking system in delivery as well as employee vehicle.

F) Responsible for negotiating and finalizing the contracts such as Master Supplier Agreement, Customer contracts, Employee accommodation, GPS tracking system, Local Transportation, Vehicle Maintenance contract and logistics.

G) Dedicated for streamline the entire Supply chain operational process and procedure and delivering the on time submission of MIS report.

13• Responsible for RFQ (Request For Quotation), Quote analysis and quote negotiation.

14• Managing the procurement-supplier relationships for the company and ensuring the supplier’s adherence to contractual commitments.

15• Responsibility of ensuring conformance to total cost management objectives of the organization.

16• Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.
