-Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated
-Manage all demobilization cases (Resignation / Termination / End of Contract) as per Saudi Labor Law.
-Preparing and renew employees’ contract.
Respond to employees queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.
-Coordinating with Staff regarding personnel issues related to governmental applications as required.
-Explain HR policies and procedures to employees & Support the management for disciplinary and
grievance issues.
-Always stay up-to-date and comply with changes in Saudi labor legislation.
- Handling all recruitment cycle
-Contact internal departments to make plan for requirements of manpower.
-Publish the jobs in the recruitment portals
-Reviewing and Shortlisting CVs to identify suitable candidate for available positions & arranging to conduct
interview for the selected candidates.
-Preparing employment offers, employment contracts & letters.
-Follow up the employee performance during probation period.
- handling labor related issues and solving employee’s grievances as per Saudi labor law.
-Manage employee’s files in regard of contracts, work permit, end of service & etc.
- Government Websites Management ( muqeem, Qiwa, Gosi, Mudad, Mol, Etimad, Najiz, Balady, Coc
, Moc . Etc...).
- Legal Affairs ( labor cases ) .
- Debt Collection .
