• Review financial statements and express a technical opinion on the fairness and transparency of those financials.
• Review and assess internal and financial control systems in the company.
• Review and assess risks of operating and implementing the company's projects.
• Provide advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors on the risk management framework & internal control, including policies and procedure.
• Approve the internal audit plan, study and review the reports of the periodic internal audit department.

• Work on three mega financing projects worth SAR 1.8 Billion support the company growth.
• Present roadmap for the company financial position to commercial lenders & SIDF.
• Member & Secretary of Risk Management Committee.
• Chairman & member of many internal committees.
• Develop risk matrix and criteria.
• Acting Chief Executive Officer as needed.
• Participate and review the growth strategy.
• Leading all finance activities (Costing, Budgeting, Financial Reporting … etc) in addition to Payroll & IT.
• Meeting the Board of Directors & Executive Committee requirements
• Communication Officer, dealing with CMA, Tadawul, and investors.
• Meeting Capital Market Authority (CMA) requirements.
• Meeting Tadawul deadlines.

• Supervision of annual closing and audit team.
• Leading the New GL SAP project (BPC Module).
• Supervision of Fixed Assets and Accounts team.
• Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations.
• Reporting the financial statements and related-party transaction on quarterly basis to shareholders.
• Assessing the Zakat position of the company for the pending years and close SR 100 Mn case.
• Work on IFRS Conversion.
• Status of Accounts.

• Prepare the annual and monthly withholding tax return (AWTR-WTR).
• Team leader in Zakat/Tax field audit.
• Organize and review Tax/Zakat Declarations (TD/ZD).
• Team leader in ZATCA new registration forms process.
• Prepare and review ledger and trial balance.
• Review the financial statements.
• Arrange the Contract Information Forms (CIF).

• Support companies’ projects financially by authorizing loans.
• Insure that costs of projects are accurate and legitimate, supported by required documents.
• Monitor projects at the actual site.
• Provide financial advisory services to meet the need of borrowers when needed.

• Prepare sales and export reports for the supervisor.
• Review the current sales data and compare it with the previous period.
