Develop specifications and performance test requirements to facilitate procurement of parts and equipment for construction and development.
Analyze technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities and availability of parts and equipment.
Consult with on-site and design engineering personnel to according to requirements.
Interview supplier representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to parts and equipment.
Locate, analyze, and develop a consolidated supplier base to meet current and future needs.
Create and maintain mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with suppliers to foster feedback and continuous improvement.
Onsite Mechanical Engineer-INTERN (Water Front Mall & Hotel - King Abdullah Economic City Rabigh, KSA)
Job role includes inspection of all mechanical works being carried out at the Mall & Hotel based on ASTM, ASHRAE, SMACNA & NFPA standards.
Maintaining a database and track list of all the Transmittals/Submittals, Shop drawings, RFIA’s, Material delivery checklists, Minutes of coordination meetings & Weekly reports of the project.
Inspecting the execution of work on site according to approved materials and coordinating with contractors and foremen whenever required.
Conducting meetings and coordinating with the respective divisions depending upon change in layouts and plans along with troubleshooting different issues that arise during execution of work.
Providing easy solutions to complicated and challenging problems round the clock at site.

Job role includes HVAC, Plumbing & Fire fighting designing along with all other related mechanical work scopes based on SMACNA, ASHRAE & NFPA standards.
Coordinating with Architecture, Electrical & Structural divisions through regular meetings for the progress of the project as a strong team.
Coordinating with the AutoCAD operator and guiding him upon every minute detail to present the drawing in the best and gracious manner.
Providing easy and quick solutions to complicated and challenging problems round the clock.
