- Manage day-to-day development and support for ERP system (Dynamics 365, Oracle EBS and Sage), Correspondence management system, documents archiving system ..etc.

Managed SAP solutions teams: S/4HANA, CRM, GRC, IDM, Solution Manager and ABAP/Fiori.
Designed and reviewed solutions to ensure best practices is followed.
Report status to IT directors and senior executives.
Introduced new solutions and technologies such as SAP Fiori, S/4 HANA, GRC and be up to date with new SAP upgrades.
Ensured best utilization of budget through reducing cost whenever is possible by utilizing in-house teams and negotiating rate cards with vendors.
Participate in shaping IT strategy and KPIs.

• Act as a business advisor for various clients by helping them on enhancing existing processes to comply with labor law processes and to fit standard solutions.
• Worked on transforming legacy system data to ensure its compliance and completeness in order to upload it to targeted solutions.
My employer is a Gold-Partner for SAP with focus on implementing SAP ERP in Saudi Arabia. During my 2.5 years as a developer I learnt SAP from the technical side and got a wide exposure on how the system works. In first year we proudly developed a new custom module in SAP called ‘Correspondence System’ using ABAP, Web Dynpro Workflow, Adobe forms and integration with HCM organization structure to allow sending decisions and circulars between all departments of the organization. Also I get inside the HCM module and got training and experience as a technical consultant for HCM. Sometimes I participate in pre-sales activities.
