Core Network Operation Department
● Manage in-source project for VPN backbone.
● Determine project milestones, prepare the Engineering Work Order and Risk Assessment.
● Track and report project status to webe C-level and stakeholder.

● L2 to L3 migration - To migrate (WiMAX) customer connection and decommission from legacy ALU 7750SR Edge Router to Juniper MX480 nationwide

Network Engineer (Core Network Operation Department)
● Support VPN access delivery.
● Performed lease circuit line testing, activation and deactivation, ethernet link test
● Provision/ de-provision of new IPVPN access on PE including IP-Sec.
● Subject matter reference for circuit RSVP path ratio change and load sharing services.
● Delivered PE-CE policy changes as requested by premium customer
● Participate in CAB meeting presentation, discussion, review and implementation
● Liaised with local carrier for access line troubleshooting

Network Engineer
● Core member of the team that design, plan, test, coordinate, and deploy for the IP/MPLS core network reengineering project.
● The reengineering project spans across multiple physical and logical optimization activities on the existing IP/MPLS network, as well as the establishment of the parallel IP/MPLS network
● Physical optimizations of the network include providing physical redundancy at the Points of Presence (POPs)
● Effectively communicate status to customers.
● Provided daily summary of the status of any outstanding matters as well as all resolved incidents.

Provide First Point of Contact (FPoC) and administer access controls for wide range of computing systems support for in Western and Central Europe including several African countries. Dealing with request via emails, tickets and E-request regarding folder access, LAN - LAN ID creation, user relocation, folder and security group creation, Lotus Notes ID creation, password reset, Smart Card issue. Responsible to provide any form of consultation and troubleshooting for client using WINTEL based application (LAN).

Responsible in designing, planning, implementation & installation a small and simple smart home concept integrating IP camera (using POE), WIFI, network storage and Broadband internet access using IEEE 802.3 medium. This is a small POC concept to prove the low cost, performance together with reliability and effectiveness CAT5e still posses even with the new technology coming up.

Responsible for the design, deployment and installation of Radio-frequency identification within PETRONAS Ammonia Refinery Centre in Kerteh Malaysia. The project involve pre-deployment equipment, technology assessment, site surveys, test and measurement of the RFID equipment coverage area and interacting with RFID principal on their equipment performance and evaluation for further improvement

Responsible for the design, deployment, and optimization of fixed wireless broadband access networks. Managing the design phase will include pre-deployment equipment analysis, technology assessment, market analysis, radio network planning, site surveys, path analysis, access planning, interference analysis, demand planning, test and measurement of the equipment, and interfacing with the market development team. While in the deployment phase, test and measurement, compiling site packages in coordination with site acquisition, construction management and the clients, working with installation to verify equipment configuration, contribute to and oversee antenna alignment and acceptance testing of equipment. In the optimization stage, manage optimal network performance, KPI and network statistics analysis, frequency modification, antenna re-alignment, and BSU parameter optimization. The individual will typically oversee and guide the work of Associate and Design Engineers, in charge of managing the day to day operations of the projects, and interface with Project Managers.

Answerable to ARL HomeComm Network Head of Department coordinated planning, installation, and maintenance of multiple LAN’s and internet access in support of broadband client and small business network end users. Managing the network includes to ensuring a stable network environment with Windows 2000 Servers and XP-based systems at sites using wireless bridging point to point link, wireless routers, access points, and 10/100 wired switches. This includes supporting network functions to promote connectivity and ongoing operations with minimal downtime and signal degradation and troubleshoot and repair network for 19 sites.
