Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy in quantities, specifications, and delivery requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, finance, production, logistics) to meet operational requirements.
Track inventory levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Maintain up-to-date procurement records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audits.
