Provide counsel, guidance, service and influence to diverse client groups on a wide range of human resources issues, and organizational effectiveness. Consult with client groups to ensure that appropriate and meaningful human resources initiatives are implemented. Develop and deliver human resources management training to the leadership team. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Oversees day-to-day personnel and administration activities and reviews monthly personnel reports to ensure Master Data accuracy. Develop employment formalities, promotions and transfers. Provides day to day guidance to line management concerning workforce planning, talent management, career and succession planning. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Collects and analyzes data required for certain projects or periodical reports. Tracks trends and developments in assigned functional areas. Conducts organizational studies and manpower analysis. Performs research and prepares periodical reports. Participates in working groups and committees assigned for restructuring and privatization projects. Ensures compliance with rules and regulations.

Issues import and export letters of credit and accepts payments.
Notifies exporters and importers of issuance of letters of credit covering shipment of merchandise.
Reviews letter of credit documents to determine compliance with international standards.
Verifies terms of credit, such as amount, insurance coverage, and shipping conditions to determine compliance with established standards.
Coordinates customer credit information and collateral papers with Relationship Manager to comply with bank credit standards.
Types letters of credit and related documents.
Records payments and liabilities and other customer account information.
May translate correspondence into English or foreign language.
Handles tenants’ correspondents and telephone calls to obtain details of marketing requirements and complaints.
Keep records of tenants’ interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve tenants' problems.
Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular loss is covered by insurance.
Resolve tenants' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
Conducts marketing research and surveys.
Prepares and develops periodical reports.
