Responsible for driving business development of specialty rental business within his assigned market.•Efficiently Initiate, develop & execute marketing and action plans for his targeted market in coordination with the Sales Manager. .To Develop and expand the customer base & maximize the customer share. •Establishment of good customer’s relationships & maintaining regular contact with all customers’ especially key accounts & ensure an excellent standard of service is provided.•Plan and priorities personal sales activities in line with the marketing plan, Forecast & Projections & in coordinate with the sales manager towards achieving agreed sales target - especially managing personal time and productivity to Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods. •Identifying, develop & maximize business opportunities for more Potentials & new applications with existing & new customers.•Identify customer requirements and propose total solutions to meet the customer requirements, Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to obtain orders.•Organize, plan and record activities & Continuously Updating your customers list, contacts, activities, quotations letters, contracts & all other corresponding visit and action reports (including lost order reports).•Insure the whole process accuracy & proper applying of all the Company Procedures, documentations requirements including invoicing, invoices handling & Receivables follow up .•Managing of Receivables & maintain the outstanding below 80 days. •Monitoring and reporting on market trends & activities & Interact with various departments & sales staff and adjust efforts to accomplish or improve budgeted results.•Drive, implement, sustain & develop quality process improvements that focus on safety, operations & customer service - Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to care of equipment•Attend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertaken.•Negotiate and implement market related product price increases to customers when deemed necessary.•Participate in equipment shows and association meetings as required. •Support sales through undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers.•Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.•Promote the business regionally by supporting the Regional Manager and other team members in achieving targets.•To support and promote the group core values: interaction, commitment and Innovation with customers. •Adhere to company policies and procedures for personnel management and administration. •To carry out additional duties as may become necessary to ensure the successful operation of the company. To undertake unplanned projects and perform related duties.
