 Rapport building among the teachers, students and parents.
 Counseling and sensitization of parents of dropouts, to ensure that they allowed their children to return to the school.
 Behavioral modification of teachers, Parents and children’s.
 Several SMC (school management committee) meetings arranged in order to ensure better credibility and communication for the same.
 Obtained six days training to the base line test survey.
 Coordinated the CSMs (community school monitors) for the base line test survey at the early childhood education and care centers.
 Find out the dropout children and their reasons of dropout.
 Three month training in” Deshpande Foundation Educational Trust “ as Block placement in Karnataka (Hubli)
