• Responsible in cash management, organization and cleanliness of the store.
• Responsible for the customer satisfaction and product qualities.
• Stocks must be organized to ensure FIFO.
• Order stocks weekly and ensure stock at the store level to avoid under/overstocking.
• Responsible of accurate monthly stock inventory.
• Food and Paper cost management. Inventory must be in store level of both dry and wet product.
