Spearheading team of 5 people, responsible for strategy, planning, programming and delivering of b2b conferences in oil and gas, technology, defense, and infrastructure in the Middle East & Africa.
•I handle and manage the key accounts and special events/projects with strategic partnerships from governments, defense, trade chambers, consulates to international associations.
•My responsibilities include ensuring that all events are delivered to a high standard, customer management and experience. This also includes liaising with the external and internal team- divisional directors, sponsors, speakers and suppliers, ensuring all logistical aspects of the event are managed and delivered, per the project plan, as well as ensuring the most cost-effective prices.
•On marketing front, planning of marketing campaigns, developing the right strategies and use of digital channels for the successful delivery of an event.
•Handling the budgets, I play a key role in influencing and making financial decisions that will have significant bottom-line impact.
•Venue and Supplier Management- Coordinating with the venue, AV, registration, stand build, design and signage requirements
•Running the event onsite and managing field event enquiries from speakers and delegates.
•Working closely with sponsorship and sales teams to develop and aid in the execution of comprehensive cross-functional strategies to ensure effective rebookings.
•Closely working with (buy-side) CXO’s in technology, customer experience, Oil and gas and outsourcing domain, thus bringing the right audience for events.
•Successfully delivered special projects like Chief Procurement Leader 2020, Maintenance Kuwait Summit 2019, Process Safety Management 2019, Asset Integrity and Process Safety Management 2019, AI week ‘s Healthcare Student Hackathon with MOH and SEWA, Tecom’s Outlook Outsourcing forum, Clean Air Forum with UAE ministry of climate change and environment
•Excellent delivery on VIP footfall for oil and gas operational excellence and defense events in Middle East and Africa events

Responsible for supporting Marketing & PR campaigns across the number of business events in the Middle East and Africa

• Obtained NMC Healthcare and Globaleye as sponsors for the Dubai Food Carnival 2015
