Initial review and summarizing of the ITT/RFQ packages.
Attending pre-bid meetings with clients/end users meetings to ensure all details pertaining to scope of work, project execution & tender preparation are clarified.
Compilation of Tender Responsibility Matrix.
Preparing estimates based on cost of materials, labor and equipment required to fulfill all provisions of bid.
Study of standards and Project Specifications and making RFQ’s for material enquiries to suppliers.
Preparation of enquiries for materials/components/packages/buy outs to get quotes from vendors to support the estimates.
Coordination with sub-contractors and other departments in preparation of the costing.
Ensure Subcontractor responses are complete & tabulated accurately on a Bid Evaluation spreadsheet.
Assist Proposals Manager in the identification, evaluation and ranking of risks as well as developing a strategy to manage and mitigate the risks to Company.
Preparation of detailed cost summary report & presenting the same to the Proposal Manager before presenting it to the management.
Finalizing pricing in collaboration with the top management.
Compiling the commercial qualifications to ensure compliance with all commercial principals. Preparing technical & commercial proposal with documents like manpower histogram, equipment schedule, construction schedule, work procedures and other related reports to ensure the Company is positioned to win and secure bids.
Preparation of Job Budget Sheet / Target Price sheet upon award of order, for the Project & Contracts team, in line with WBS.
