The key duty of a property consultant is to provide sound advice to potential buyers. He must present real estate properties in the best light to promote sales and offer financing advice based on each client's needs. His job requires knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide his customers with integrity and build their trust.
• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
• Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
• Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.

• Maintaining client records in Zoho Account process such as contracted Company profile, Cash Company profile & potential Client contact details.

• Provide ticketing instructions to all our travel coordinator agents.
• Prepare, update and maintain weekly revenue reports for management distribution.
• Provide excellent customer service (e.g. answering telephone calls to the customer service guidelines outlined in the Direct Sales Manual.).
Build good relationships with all business partners and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for balancing individual sales reports and incorporation of all sales reports
• Balance cash and banking reports, ensuring all monies accounted for every piece of business and aim to reduce cost of sale wherever practicable.
• To account manage ALL Direct relationships, by means of regular telephone account management and sales visits
• Post Trip calls and follows ups to be made on all quotes and bookings to ensure repeat business and try and secure outstanding quotes
• Provide boarding or disembarking assistance to passengers needing special assistance.
• Plan routes, itineraries, and accommodation details, and compute fares and fees, using schedules, rate books, and computers.
• Assemble and issue required documentation such as tickets, travel insurance policies, and itineraries.
• Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customers, and assign requested spaces when available.
• Inform clients of essential travel information such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
• Efficiently handle guests and their queries, achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall team revenue, yield and volume targets.
• Comply with all EY reservation policies and procedures and standards of guest service (i.e. handling guest problems, answering telephone enquiries within 3 rings, pre-flight checks, timeliness, grooming, courtesy etc)
• Attend to guest problems, escalating to higher levels as required.
• Keep self up to date on product, service, policies and procedures.
