Reporting to Head of Road freight, I was responsible for all International road freight movement from end to end customer solutions including clearance from UAE and other countries borders to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for pricing and preparing quotations.
• Managing all sectors in road freight Bonded, Non Bonded, Domestic, FTL and LTL movements.
• Provide premium quality logistics support to customers by effectively processing road freight FTL shipments within specified time frames thereby ensuring high quality standard, customer satisfaction & profitability.
• Handling a capacity of approx. 400 FTL movements and 200 LTL shipment movements
• Managing all cross border functionalities, documentation to GCC and Levant countries and also resolving all country border complexities
• Handling Jebel Ali free zone TOO shipments
• Handling end to end customer solutions with loading at least 500 to 600 trucks monthly
• Take part in the SOP set-up for all customers
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.

• Responsible for the day to day Transport Operations in terms of asset scheduling, routing and drivers activity management so as to ensure resources are utilized in the most efficient and optimal manner.
