Monitoring status of Routers, Switches and Mainframe, Servers, Web based applications, branch & ATM connectivity using vaious Tools such as HP sitescope, Statseeker, gasper and base24. And providing first level support Such as shifting traffic from Primary to backup lines, restarting Servers and reloading the routers Etc.
installation and configuration of windows servers, maintainance of LAN, configuration and installation of cisco routers and switches, verify vlan, troubleshooting trunking, vtp and troubleshoot, implementing routing protocols like ospf, eigrp, rip, verify network connectivity using ping, traceroute, telnet, ssh, worked for site survey and passive work, quality control checking etc, working ability to develp and maintain accurate documentation and procedure.
