• Maintain proper Stock (Materials or Equipment) records of material received.
• Make sure materials received Specifications (Qualities and Quantities) match the order document (Delivery Note/Invoice) and coordinate with Operation & Procurement.
• Maintain good stocks availability at all times.
• Review stock/inventory reports and use specialized knowledge to estimate needs and order appropriate quantities of standard and special order items, recommending and implementing additions or deletions to standard stock items.
• Store materials according to Weight, Temperature, Size, Safety Precautions or other Concerns and received materials in Good condition.
• Follow up and submit the pending LPO status on weekly basis.
• Keep records of standard inventory, cost, prices and quantity on hand.
