Development of structured self-maintenance procedures and common-problem-solving guidelines for clients, increasing client satisfaction.
Managed and executed SWIFTAlliance 6.0.60/6.0.63 upgrade in all client sites.
Introduction and configuration of VNC remote connection to Softworks service bureau, decreasing transportation costs by $200 per month.
99.9% resolution of all reported technical problems at client sites
Duties: Computation and analysis of power generation and transmission data; Provision of technical support (Information Technology) to all WAPP staff; Installation of both wired LAN (upgrade), wireless LAN and wireless WAN.

Installation and configuration of Wi-Fi at several WAPP workers’ residences in the Zones des Ambassades area
and connection to a wireless WAN with the WAPP office as a hub
