Project Executing:
1. EPC of Sohar Refinery Improvement Project (SRIP);
2. Commissioning & Start -Up of Liwa Plastic Industry Company (LPIC);
3. Conversion of Once - Off Procurement of 60K line items (Material & Services) into Long Term Contracts (5 years) considering routine requirements of an Oil Refinery and Petrochemical Plant (Normal Operations and Planned Shutdowns).
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To manage all contractual affairs of the EPC of SRIP Project.
• To handle all Variation Order Requests (VOR) from EPC Contractors working with other members of the Project Team (e.g. Project Controls, Engineering, Construction etc.) to review, assess, defend, counter claim, negotiate & settle the cost & schedule impact caused and obtain approvals.
• To review Contract Budgets Vs Spending and coordinate with the Engineering & Maintenance Team on required actions - Prepare necessary reports, and regularly analyze contract performance status, to alert Project Team / Senior management for Potential Risks.
• To connect all procurement channels of O.E Spares to the OEMs in shape of direct Long Term supply & service Contracts for Oil Refinery and Petrochemical Plant’s Routine Requirements - ensuring ownership of services, reliability and genuineness of spares and reducing cost.
• To conduct market analysis / benchmarking for specialized contracting services, equipment & spares prices and transform the market research data into clear negotiation strategies and long term sourcing plans - Identify and recommend new Channels to reduce the supply chain cost.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to manage all contractual affairs of the FEED Services Contract, safeguarding interest of the Client (ADNOC) in front of the FEED Contractor (TECHNIP FMC) as part of ADNOC - Project Management Team (PMT).

Job Profile:
Responsible for commercial, legal and strategic aspects of Contracts / Subcontracts Management of Company's UAE based projects with centralized operations through its Abu Dhabi home office. (Reports to DGM & Head of Contracts & Law Dept.)
