Training & OD function:
Monthly update learning curve, prepare peers and multi-level communication.
Prepare effectiveness plan to achieve vision, mission, keeping sustainability, continuous improvement.
Prepare and update annually TNA, E-TNA.
Develop specific training plan with lean change agent for team leaders.
Change co-workers cultures and increase loyalty by implement monthly communication.
Present HR policies and SOPs to all level.
Recruitment:
From staffing requisition to onboarding steps, through workforce planning, Job analysis and Documentation, prescreening, interview, evaluation, and offering…ensure all recruitment process
In right way and meet Electrolux vision.
Contact with outsource companies to provide us outsource workforce to achieve production plan.
Review and update organization structure with management team and GM.
Updating Job Descriptions annually depending on new roles from manager and actually rehearsal.
Payroll:
Checking permanent employees’ hours and deductions.
Reviewing outsource attendance and holidays.
Modify additional time and deduct taxes and social insurance.
Review pay slips and overtime.
Gather all incentives and loans to review.
Decrease errors related to KPIs indicators.
Social insurance:
Following up F1, F2, F6, case by case if there any issues effect on Employees or organization.
Reports
Man/days, training hours, satisfaction percentage, Training ROI, turnover, Headcount, working & paid Hours, sickness rate, absenteeism, KPIs, Dashboard, workforce.
