Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop injury and incident prevention strategies in the area of works. Review and analysis injury and incident reports and data, Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measures. Provide advice, information and instruction on local OHS issues. Help promote OHS awareness. Reporting HSE performance and KPIs as per the requirement of the company and AD EHSMS requirements Make sure that personal protective equipment (PPE), such as hearing protection, dust masks, safety glasses, footwear and safety helmets, is being used in workplaces according to regulations. Make sure that an organization is aware of, and complies with, all legislations relating to its duty of care, workplace activities and the use of substances and equipment, Design and conducts health education programs or public information campaigns, Investigate and manage public health incident such as diseases outbreaks, Maintain records, prepare statistics, write reports and give evidence in court cases where health or environmental regulations have been violated.

Inspect workplace equipment, such as scaffolding, to ensure the meet safety regulations and to identify hazardous and risks. Share maintains company’s EHSMS policy and implements safety procedure, risk assessment, minimizing occurrence of accidents. Recording and maintaining records of programme, project HSE committee meeting. Conducting scheduling and unscheduled inspection at the project site and reporting observations. Promote occupational health and safety within an organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working. Work with engineers and others professionals to ensure the safety of worksite and work practices. Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on health and safety practices and legislations. Assist with rehabilitation of workers after accidents or injuries and make sure they experience a satisfactory return to work. Assessing waste (characterizing) whether waste is hazardous waste (e, g. computer monitors, batteries), and segregated from other waste. Ensure waste hierarchy applied in priority order

•Finally disposal.
Monitoring control water, air and noise pollution and collect samples for analysis .Investigate complaints about food safety and ensure restaurant and food process follow health regulations. Prepare policy documents and guidelines relating to environmental health matters. Ensure standards storage in workplaces e, g. (oil storage) such as impermeable base, fire resistance building materials, security features such as locks, fencing, warning signs.

Ensure the department head informed on all of the above. Receive assignment, notification, reporting location, reporting time and travel instructions. Ensure continuity using in/out briefing. Respond to demobilization orders. Brief subordinates regarding demobilization.
