•Ensuring compliance with set safety, and environmental policies and procedures as per company HSE policy & client requirement.
•Implementing project Safety & Emergency Plan/Program as per project requirement.
•Conducting HSE orientation to new employees on projects.
•Reviewing method statements & providing input so that work will carry out in safe manner.
•Ensuring HSE compliance during site set up
•Conducting Safety toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness sessions and training
•Investigating incidents, root cause analysis and corrective & preventive actions
•Conducting site emergency drills as per project requirement.
•Conducting Hazard Identification, risk assessment and recommends the controls to mitigate the hazards
•Reviewing Material Safety data sheets
•Ensuring that material handling and storage is conducted in an approved manner
•Preparing Project Lesson Learnt reports relating to HSE
•Conducting planned inspection, identifying potential hazards and ensuring controls are in place
•Preparing traffic plan at the site
•Monitoring waste management and ensure disposal as per safety plan
•Issuing work permits for hazardous jobs at the site if required
•Conducting HSE audits and analyzing the trends at site.
•Performing other duties as required by the project management team.
•Managing the performance of all their team members, irrespective of the structure below them
• Ensuring work permit must be issued to contractor before starting any excavation/installation work.
• Ensuring required equipment for work are available & safe for use.
• Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.
• Participating in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
• Promoting incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
• Assisting in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other work-related tasks as required as assigned

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
