In Pre-contract:

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Bill of Items and Schedule of Rates based on the Clients requirements.

• Checking the Contractors tender queries, prepare the response of tender queries, coordination with design departments, Project Managers and prepare the tender circulars during tender stage.

• Examine and analyze the Contractors technical and financial submissions.

• Prepare the technical and financial evaluation reports to assist in the selection of Contractors

• Prepare the post tender clarification letters, review post tender correspondence sends by the Contractors.

• Take off quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) & Interior fit outs works by using Auto CAD drawings, tabulating, analyzing and formulating the information to facilitate the preparation of measurement sheets in MS-Excel.

• Preparation of tender documents, RFP & RFQ, tender analysis and reporting, compilation of contract documents.

• Prepare detailed cost plans, bills of quantities (BOQs), and financial forecasts.

• Monitor budget allocations, progress valuations, and cost- to-complete projections.

• Responsible to verify and inspect all invoices pertinent to claims matters, per the cost breakdown submitted by the Main Contractor, suppliers, vendors and subcontractors.

• Actively involves in preparing cost estimates and assessing in the preparation of the monthly invoices.

• Prepare take offs from drawings and compare with site measurements.
