Beside this, I was the GP & ER Physician in KAF, for all medical, surgical cases, outpatient care, medical checkup`s and fitness for work in Afghanistan. I traveled to the different bases in Afghanistan, as needed, and on call to support understaffed clinics, besides being responsible about arranging & supplying (both medications & consumables) for the different centers in different bases.

I worked as one of the ER-Physicians and later promoted to be ER Physician Head of Department, then, OPD manager.
Beside these, I had my clinic as the employee’s health physician (for the hospital staff) and as GOSI Physician. GOSI Physician means, receiving all work related injuries in our hospital and all other companies having contracts with our hospital, treating them & referred those who needed further managements towards needed specialties, inside our hospital or to a more specialized center.
Next to my medical work, I held responsibilities for administrative & management works, for improvements & future planning of our work, as so:
Supervise the medical services in the hospital, by participate in different hospital committees, and, participate in different policies and procedures committees. Follow-up the implementation of rules and regulations of Ministry of Health (M.O.H.). Monitor the services in the hospital and report recommendations to the management. Coordinate between different departments to facilitate the service in the hospital.
Coordinate with management to improve the service in different department. Participate in hospital policies and procedures.
Ensure that the medical services are up to the standard. Co-sign the medical reports, sick leave forms, and death notification form and review the case. Coordinate with the head of medical departments to improve the quality of work. Reviewing daily reports from various medical departments.

As an OPD Manager (outpatient clinics department manager), I was responsible for the co-ordination with ARAMCO Oil Company & other insurance companies, and our hospital.
