Using Odoo accounting software:
▪ Reviewing the recordings obtained by the team
and posting them on a daily basis.
▪ Following up with the bank position and
preparing internal budget cash flow.
▪ Tracking the payables and ensuring that all
payments are made on time.
▪ Reconciling bank statements where preparation
of a monthly report is required.
▪ Reconciling related party transactions and
preparing a monthly report including sister
companies' and parent company's current
accounts.
▪ Creating an asset tracking report to monitor new
company assets and ensuring proper
depreciation according to the fixed assets policy.
▪ Preparing a monthly report of all deferred
expenses and amortizing them based on its
duration.
▪ Recording payroll on monthly basis in the Odoo
system by splitting the expenses into admin and
operation.
▪ Assisting the team in recording custodies and
payments in the system during periods of high
workload.
