- Maintain a solid network of connections of already existing clients and potential clients of company including Developers, Facility management, consultants, electromechanical and all other engineering fields related companies.

• developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
• persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
• calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
• providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
• working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required;
• arranging and carrying out product training;
• analysing costs and sales;
• preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records;
• meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
• supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
• making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
• liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
• helping in the design of custom-made products;
• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team

Duties and Responsibilities:
 * To select pumps and it’s accessories in accordance with NFPA 20 standard/ inquires or tender specifications in consultation with sales managers (Naffco pumps/Peerless pumps).
 * Various selections of firefighting pumps.
 * To reply to customers queries on quotation submitted and related to technical clarification of fire pump systems.
 * Making technical submittal for fire pump based on our proposal (Naffco pumps/Peerless pumps).
 * Making compliance statement based on project specification.
 * Preparing the reply to the consultant comments regarding the technical submittal of fire pump submitted.
 * Preparing the pump curves as per actual site condition.
 * Preparing testing & commissioning report as per NFPA 20 standard.
 * Co-ordinate with technical department and update the submittal changes to shop floor to fabricate the pump sets and control panels as per customer requirement.
 * Co-ordinate and follow up with sales department for on time product delivery.
 * Receiving works orders and prepare the suitable control panel design to shop floor for manufacturing.
 * To manage the Pump divisions daily production figures to be constant and ensure all the duties are applied correctly and efficiently.
 * To follow up the procurement of electrical and pump goods and make material order according to the requirements.
 * Updating and implement new technologies and equipments to make the system standard.
 * All other operational assistance to the pump division.

pumps selection (parallel and series), pipe sizing, water purification, transient analysis, surge tanks, cavitation…
