4-Assisting Construction Manager with in validating progress invoices and change order requests of Sub-contractors by checking their recorded progress.

5-Tracking, monitoring and forecasting progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all disciplines.

6-Providing project manager with 3-weeks look ahead plans every week and when requested.

7-Assisting the projects site supervisory staff for their activities, briefing them about how and in which time they must complete the activity with limited resources and machinery. Leveling the resources on multiple locations within one large site without compromising on time.

8-Identifying the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to calculate the staffing requirements. Staffing was reported in form of a histogram and S Curve giving an executive summary of the project staffing requirements throughout the period. The staffing schedule (Histogram) and S-Curves were also included in the weekly and monthly project reports.

9-Development of pricing structure and application to takeoffs, and assisted my team in quantity assumptions during the tender stage, cost allowances for different activities, man-hour and machine hour rates.

10-Close supervision of Subcontractors, vendors and their work to maintain control of project schedule and cost. Frequently visiting the site to observe the actual progress of work.

11-Prepared recovery plans where changes in resources or emergency situations were encountered.

12-Created Resource loaded schedule for the whole project and maintained a Primavera based earned value system from the very start of the project. That includes calculating project CPI, SPI, CV, SV and reporting the same in Weekly and monthly reports and by interactive presentations.

13-Attending weekly meeting with Client and Consultant representatives and preparing monthly invoices and getting them approved from the Client.
