The position as a vise PM for a project Wadi Sulai to protect against torrants by construction the suitable box culverts and steel pipes in parallel with earth works to conform the required depths and slopes.
My role is to coordinate with contractors and the owner, solving problems, resolving conflicts, arranging and attending meeting, advise teamwork, issue monthly reports.

my job is to supervise and check of all construction works for the projects, ensure of application of all conditions of specifications and bill of quantity for the project, reviewing structural shop drawings, reviewing the monthly invoices, reviewing quantity surveying, applying approved variation orders, monitoring and controlling execution, quality control, time schedule in accordance with the requirements of the project and also coordinate and communicate with all related stakeholders.

.Working as executive manager for a tourism project in Marsa-Alam, my job was executing the main building for a mall, control recourses and teamwork, control cost, manage subcontractors, co-ordination with the consultant ( 5, 000, 000.00LE
• Supervising all concrete and civil works, reviewing the consultant's drawings and identify all structural conflicts. - Discuss and resolve the structural conflicts with the consultant office designer, to submit the revised drawings to the production team for the detailed and working drawings. The project was a five stars hotel owing to the GOSI and consists of two basements, ground floor, mezzanine, and 14 typical floors, elevated tank and helipad. (15, 000, 000.00SR).
