•Performs electrical maintenance activities in safe and efficient manner in accordance with Takreer maintenance policies and procedures to ensure plant reliability.
•Carries out routine electrical maintenance as per the scheduled PM Check list.
•Uses knowledge of electrical craft and personal experience and senses to identify and diagnose potential plant equipment problems.
•Troubleshoots equipment identifies equipment problems and responds appropriately.
• Dismantles, overhauls, repairs and re assembles electrical equipment as per procedure.
•Identifies the correct spare parts requirements and assesses spares suitability during equipment assembly.
• Attends equipment test runs on completion of maintenance work.
• Contributes to effective equipment maintenance and reliability by attending RCA investigations when required.
•Participates in new installation and plant and equipment modifications as required.
•Responds to out of schedule maintenance requirements.
• Assists cross functional departments in the execution of work activities.
• Supports the Maintenance supervisor when required.
• Assists operations with startup and shut down activities.
