Member of Building and Infrastructure Team
• Develop HVAC design basis reports for conceptual and detail design projects.
• Conduct HVAC cooling load calculations using Elite and CARRIER E20 (HAP.
• Create schematic layouts and single line diagrams for air and water systems.
• Design HVAC duct layouts, including sizing, routing, and selection of duct materials.
• Perform external static pressure calculations and reviewed vendor selections.
• Develop and designed chilled water system, including flow rate, pipe sizing, routing, pipe support spacing.
• Develop HVAC system controls and BMS functional requirements, facilitating efficient system operation.
• Collaborate with CADD designers and draftsmen to develop engineering deliverables.
• Develop scope of work, specifications, bill of quantities, and subcontract scopes.
• Interact with internal engineering/design disciplines and clients to ensure project success.
Mechanical & HVAC Group
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop HVAC detailed design package.
• Review third party detailed design package.
• Perform cooling load calculations, using Elite / Carrier (HAP).
• Select HVAC equipment and review vendor equipment selections.
• Provide troubleshooting, technical evaluation and assessments.
• Develop scope of work, specifications, Bill of quantities
• Support other organizations in technical requests, commissioning and MCC walkthrough.
• Coordinate with internal Engineering/Design disciplines and client during the course of projects.
Inspection & Quality Group
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct periodic inspection for AC Plants (Chillers, Cooling Towers and Sand Traps).
• Initiate & review equipment Inspection plan.
• Support operation and maintenance by utilizing specialized inspection equipment.
• Review and approve all pressure relief valves maintenance reports.
• Conduct relief valve Test & Inspection Audit.
Provides quality functions on construction projects through:
• Performance of direct point-inspections in the field (RFI & Surveillance based).
• Reviewing and validating tests results related to inspection points.
• Ensuring contractors compliance with Saudi Aramco mandatory documents on capital projects.
Installed Completion Tool, Service Tool and Expandable liner Hanger in well sites. Responsibilities and duties:
•Providing technical and operational engineering expertise to external customers in a professional manner.
•Leading Halliburton team in implementing completion designs at the wellsite.
•Assisting in pre-planning, job execution (at field well sites onshore or offshore) and post-job analysis.
•Contribute to preparation of wellsite reports.
